Having spent 13 years in the industry starting out as a pub manager and then working as a chef in some of London's top restaurants. More recently, I have spent 4 years running an office for one of the most prolific top end hospitality recruitment companies. Having worked in most areas of the industry I am qualified to offer knowledge as well as service the industry I am most passionate about.

I started out washing dishes and waiting on tables. Ten years later I had worked for two of the worlds most celebrated and revered 3 star Michelin chefs in London and held top positions with both of them.
I've worked my way up from the bottom and have a great in sight into hospitality and have in-depth knowledge of kitchens to offer, from a local pub to Michelin standard.
I'll be based in London, where I cut my teeth, and I know the scene well. I have spent over a decade in this industry and love it.
