I started out washing dishes and waiting on tables. Ten years later I had worked for two of the worlds most celebrated and revered 3 star Michelin chefs in London and held top positions with both of them. I've worked my way up from the bottom and have a great in sight into hospitality and have in-depth knowledge of kitchens to offer, from a local pub to Michelin standard. I'll be based in London, where I cut my teeth, and I know the scene well. I have spent over a decade in this industry and love it.
